Shipping policy

Packaging:

All items are packaged and shipped with care to ensure your parcel arrives safely. Our packaging is sourced in the UK from an independent company that champions the use of recycled materials. The boxes and packaging materials we use are Eco friendly and are 100% recyclable.

Dispatch:

All items for delivery in the UK are dispatched by Second Class Royal Mail Signed For. Overseas orders are dispatched by International Signed For.

Timings:

Many of the pieces are handmade to order, and every effort is made to dispatch these as quickly as possible. Please allow up to two weeks for your piece to be dispatched. Should you need your purchases sooner, please contact us by email at hello@anncharlish.co.uk. If we have the piece in stock, it will of course be dispatched much sooner!
